New course "CRM Business Application Management Process

The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) will start a new course "CRM Business Application Management Process" from the spring semester of 2021 with the support of Terasky Corporation (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Hideya Sato, listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange).The purpose of this course is to develop human resources who can manage systems that are important for business growth in a wide range of industries as system consultants and system engineers for domestic and overseas companies.

This course provides an overview of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) using Salesforce, a cloud-based business application provided by Salesforce.com, Inc. of the United States.With the goal of obtaining the official Salesforce "Certified Administrator" certification, students learn how to build and operate applications as a system administrator using low-code and no-code development methods with hands-on practice.We have invited a top-class Salesforce engineer from TerraSky, Inc. who is a Salesforce Certified Senior Administrator and a Certified Technical Architect in Japan.Salesforce.com, Inc. will also provide support.

He has been working as a Salesforce implementation consultant and engineer since 2007.Joined TerraSky in 2011.In 2011, he was awarded the first Japanese Force.com MVP (now Salesforce MVP) by Salesforce.com in recognition of his activities in the online community.He holds 19 Salesforce-related certifications, including the most difficult certification, Certified Technical Architect, which only 13 people in Japan have obtained as of January 2021.
