Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG) and The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) will be held at the Kyoto Computer Gakuin Kyoto Station / Kyoto Institute of Information Satellite 6th floor large hall on October 29, 2019 (Tuesday) The “MUΣA Live Show” is a main vocalist of the entertainment group “Cirque du Soleil” and created by Kyoto University Graduate School of Information Science, Professor Nitza Melas, together with students of the University.This performance is for invited guests and interested parties only.
Nizza's brother, musician John Melas, participated in the performance, accompanied by computer-constructed and controlled music.The two will perform a new song together.The show will be comprehensively produced by Kirill Kosik, a visual artist who has worked on VFX for numerous Hollywood movies and an associate professor at Kyoto University of Information Science and Technology, and will be interactive in real time with 3DCG images, utilizing the latest ICT.The show is decorated with graceful visual effects, with CG images of undersea, outer space, and temples created by Kirill using AI to learn the students' body movements, against a background of CG images of eagles synchronized with the students' body movements and CG images of butterflies linked to the movements of smartphones held by several audience members via a special application.
The "MUΣA Show" by Ms. Nizza and her students has been held since 2016, the fourth time since Ms. Nizza Melas produced the album "MUΣA" (Moosa) to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Kyoto Computer Gakuin and the 10th anniversary of Kyoto University of Information Science (2013).This is the second "MUΣA Live Show" by Nizza and her students, following the first in January 2016.In addition, the MUΣA Show with hair stylists and hair and makeup artists was held in August 2016, both at the University.

A singer-songwriter born in Montreal, Canada, who has fascinated audiences all over the world with his multilingual skills. She is one of the three main vocalists of "Cirque du Soleil" an entertainment group that performs circuses and musicals in various countries. Among them, she was the only one whose lyrics and music were chosen for the Cirque du Soleil show, and she can be said to be the de facto top singer in the group. She does not belong to any record company label, and performs songs and songwriting and also does graphic design, promotion, and sales.
