Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG), commissioned by the Kyoto Information Industry Association (abbreviation: Kyokyokyo, Chairman: Kyoto Computer Gakuin University / Kyoto Computer Gakuin General Manager, Wataru Hasegawa, Secretariat: Kyoto Computer Gakuin Kyoto Station) ) And The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) conducted training for new employees centered on member companies of Kyokyo.
From April 8 to June 21, KCG Kyoto Ekimae School provided basic training (10 days) on manners as a member of society and specialized training (40 days) on IT skills such as programming and database practice.
During the first three weeks of June, the trainees worked in teams to plan and create applications in a project exercise, and on the last day of the exercise, a debriefing session and completion ceremony were held.The trainees' superiors also attended the debriefing, and a lively question-and-answer session ensued.
This training is part of the employment-type training based on the "Practical Human Resource Development System" supported by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.After this, the trainees will return to their home companies and continue their on-the-job training at their assigned companies until the end of September.
