On November 1, the "Web Site Production Course," a job training program (core human resource development course) to support reemployment of job seekers by Kyoto Prefecture, opened at the Kyoto Ekimae Satellite of KCGI Kyoto Main School.The course will last for 90 days, totaling 360 hours, until March 29, 2013.
The purpose of the program is to train personnel who can strategically design websites and negotiate with vendors regarding their production, and to train personnel with a broad knowledge of website utilization and strategy.KCGI faculty members, who are experts in IT, provide careful guidance.
The lectures are as follows
Lectures (including exercises): Internet, network basics, web programming basics to applications, web business, strategy and marketing, customer, procurement and business management methods using IT, statistics and analysis methods, project management techniques, team activities and communication skills.
Practical training (including lectures and explanations) = Web programming basics to applications (HTML5, PHP, JavaScript), site design and construction, database, user interface development (for multiple devices such as smartphones and tablet devices)
