“关于数据分析师的培养”

在企业研究所里,我曾在大型计算机(DIPS:与IBM SYSTEM/370竞争的国产设备)的开发中体验过通信软件(OS和AP之间的中间软件包)的研发和实际应用。将软件应用于金融信息流通系统等实际系统中时,软件故障和缺陷会给用户系统带来极大的经营损失,因此分析其原因并消除该原因非常重要。

近年来,计算机网络已经渗透到各个工业领域,其信息管理系统维护着巨大的软件资产。在软件维护中,通过了解转用和再利用软件的设计文档及用C语言编写的源程序等以及手册来确定要修改的软件的功能、测试项目和测试过程。因此,转用和再利用软件的复杂性对软件维护成本和维护质量有重大影响。该领域的大咖学者Boehm在《软件工程经济学》中提到过,这种软件的复杂性是确定软件质量的主要因素。

在这种背景下,业内期待培养相关人才。这些人才不仅能够基于面向对象的方法开发高质量的软件,而且能够在软件系统开发时累积与故障数量及其发生原因相关的生产率(质量)数据、采用各种统计方法分析这些数据将分析结果反映在下一次系统开发中。

另外,如上所述,在系统的目标函数复杂的情况下,遗传算法是模仿机械学习(有教师、学习、没有教师、学习)和生命进化的优化方法,模拟蚂蚁的饵食采集行动的优化方法——安东尼优化法,模仿人类神经细胞网的优化法——神经网络等,我认为有必要通过概率性的方法来掌握探索最佳模型的方法。
