She has been engaged in various jobs such as international education, public relations, medical research, teaching, student support, human resources, and leadership development at the University of Virginia and the Japan International University. After obtaining a doctorate degree in higher education, she began to teach organizational behavior, and changed careers from a university employee to a university teacher. Later, she founded the i.m.i. institute, LLC, and teaches at KCGI. She also provides educational programs, coaching, and consulting services focusing on organizational development, human resources, and leadership development.
