First Distance Learning Lecture between Japan and Korea

The first distance lecture connecting KCGI and National Jeju National University in Jeju, Korea via the Internet was realized on Thursday, November 6.The first lecture, "Internet Business Strategy and Marketing," was given by Professor Noboru Koh, originating from Room 205 at KCGI Hyakumanben Campus.Professor Koh is a native of Korea and has served as Director of the Information Strategy Department of the Strategic Planning Office of Samsung Electronics Co.

Japan-Korea Joint Seminar on October 30 and 31

The "Japan-Korea Joint Seminar" was held by the Kyoto Institute of Information Science and Technology (KII) and the Korea Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), a Korean government-affiliated information and telecommunications research institute, on October 30 and 31 at Kyoto Ekimae Satellite, Kyoto Institute of Information Science, and Kyoto Computer Gakuin Kyoto Ekimae Campus.

KCGI tops MOT ranking

Ltd., which ranks management of technology (MOT) and master of business administration (MBA) education programs at graduate schools and universities, has released the results of its latest trial evaluation, placing The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) at the top (second overall) in the ranking of MOT programs alone.KCGI is also considered top in the previous evaluation results.
