The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) degree awarding ceremony in 2010 Kyoto Computer Gakuin (KCG) The graduation ceremony was held on March 19th at the Kyoto Information Graduate University Kyoto Station Satellite Hall.Amidst the devastation caused by the Great Tohoku-Kanto Earthquake, the students who studied together at the KCG Group left the school with a strong desire to "contribute to the further progress and development of social infrastructure by making the most of the knowledge and technology they have cultivated to help

Due to the earthquake, The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics and Kyoto Computer Gakuin have set up emergency response headquarters and continue to confirm the safety of alumni, including graduates.All current students and faculty members are confirmed to be safe.

Presentation of 2010 Completion Project was held

At The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI), in the second year of the second year, we will work on a course completion project that can be called the culmination of knowledge acquired so far.The project for the completion of the course has the same significance as a master's thesis in a conventional research graduate school in terms of the awarding of degrees.

On February 8 and 9, the final project presentations for this year's program were held. Group and individual presentations were made and critiqued by the supervising professors and others.

Signed with Jeju National University, Korea, for the operation of the Dual Degree Program

On November 25, The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics (KCGI) signed an agreement with Jeju National University in South Korea to operate a dual degree program (multiple degree program) that allows students to earn degrees from both universities while transferring credits.The purpose of this agreement is to foster advanced ICT human resources in Japan and Korea and to promote the development of both countries as well as the Asian region as a whole.
